Autumn brings an incredible bounty of food and wine, and turning locally grown ingredients into world-class cuisine is a Hart House passion.
From now until October 31st, the restaurant will offer a Fall Harvest Menu that features the best of BC.
The menu designed by Executive Chef, Mike Genest, gives guests a choice of 2 options for each of the 3 courses. Wine Director Edwyn Kumar has also suggested wine pairings that will perfectly enhance each dish. Guests will enjoy the culinary experience in Hart House‘s elegant dining room, with views of tranquil Deer Lake.
