  Blue Grouse Estate Winery

  • MUST visit this beautiful tasting room which is under construction (set to open Fall, 2014)- the architects found inspiration for the buildings shaper from the name, Blue Grouse. The curve of grouse’s head and neck inspired the roofline. Inside the tasting room the curved ceiling represents the grouse’s belly.The entrance highlights the shape of blue from the grouse’s tail feathers.
