Wine advent calendars

  • Gold Hill Estate Winery: limited availability 2020 Advent Calendars featuring twelve bottles (six cellar-worthy reds and six bright, crisp whites), $299 plus tax and shipping. 
  • Road 13 Vineyards: annual Advent Calendar features a beautifully packaged case of 12 wines, delivered just in time for the holiday countdown. A mix of old favourites, new releases and special occasion wines pulled from the winery’s vault. Wine Advent Calendars cost $440 plus tax.
  • Stoneboat Vineyards: limited availability of Advent Calendar Packs feature 12 surprise wines, including rare library releases, previously sold-out wines, sparkling for holiday celebrations and a dessert wine. $363 plus tax, shipping included. 
  • Tinhorn Creek Vineyards: limited availability 12 Days of Tinhorn Advent Calendars features 12 bottles of their award-winning wines. $285 plus tax (must be collected from the winery).

Get ready wine lovers because the countdown is officially on and the Vancouver International Wine Festival is almost a month away!! Happening from February 11-19, 2017, the festival features so many incredible events- from winery dinners and tasting minglers to lunches and educational seminars. There is also a massive tasting room featuring over 180 wineries from around the world.

This year, the festival will celebrate Canadian wine from coast to coast including British Columbia, Ontario and Nova Scotia. Over 70 wineries from all three provinces will pour local wines and show the countries extremely diverse wine regions.

Of course, and we may be biased, but we are so excited to explore our favourite region of them all, our BC Wines. There is so much to celebrate this year at the festival, especially the diversity and growth of our regions. Not to mention, the impressive line up of BC winery dinners including Culmina Estate Winery, Mission Hill, Black Hills, Meyer Family Vineyards and Blasted Church.
