Guest Chef Dinner Series
Conviviality and collaboration are at the heart of Liquidity Wines’ revolving Guest Chef Dinner Series, taking place in the winery’s gallery-like Tasting Room.
On Saturday, February 12, at the My Coastal Valentine dinner, Liquidity Wines’ Chef Phil Tees will team up with Chef Brandon Shopland, whose culinary background includes The Fairmont Banff Springs (where he worked alongside Chef Tees), and the Haida Gwaii’s landmark Queen Charlotte Lodge.
The two chefs’ six course, wine-led menu highlights their shared love story for Coastal BC ingredients, including Salmon, Scallops, and Dungeness Crab, plus some traditional date night classics like Fraser Valley Duck Breast, and a dark chocolate panna cotta with mulled Okanagan cherries.

February: Fondue for Two
Liquidity Wines is going old school and stirring up molten pots of Gruyère and fontina to share all February long. Every fondue comes with a freshly baked loaf of bread for dipping and a 4-ounce glass of both Liquidity Reserve Chardonnay and Liquidity Reserve Pinot Noir.

March: Sugar Shack Relax
Celebrate maple syrup and all things classic Canadiana when Liquidity Wines taps into the magic of the sappy season for one sweet day on Sunday, March 6. Inspired by Quebec’s legendary “cabane à sucre” feasts, this event includes a set family-style menu of modern classic dishes. Think tourtière, maple tarts, “pouding chômeur,” and taffy on snow. Liquidity wines will be available to pair and share by the glass or bottle. Get into the spirit of the day by donning your best plaid, flannel, and lumberjack chic, if you wish.
