At 40 Knots Winery, their vineyards and orchards are the heart and soul of their winemaking process. Nestled in the picturesque Comox Valley, their vineyards and orchards benefit from the unique coastal climate of British Columbia, where the cool ocean breezes, fertile soil, and abundant sunshine create the perfect environment for growing premium grapes and apples for delicious cider. Their glacier till soil, adjacent to the Salish Sea, makes them indeed a rarity. Take a stroll through their interpretive trail and learn about how they grow. It is a wonderful walk any day of the year.
