Three Sisters belief is to make delicious wines for everyone to enjoy, whether that be alone on a porch with a good book or at a fabulous dinner party with friends and family. Balancing elegance and approachability, they want their wines to delight both connoisseurs and connoisseurs-in-the-making. Their wines are made with a modest, hands-off approach, letting the fruit speak for itself from ground to glass. Matt, one of the owners, believes that the wine should be a true reflection of the vineyard’s fruit, or as he puts it, “wines should have flavours that shout from the glass reflecting where it’s from.”
