We’ve dedicated over 20 years to researching new disease-resistant grape varieties, learning the nuances of each and selecting the best to create our signature Modern Series. Balancing tradition and innovation, they’ve crafted their first small batch selections of dry white and red wines – made from both their modern varieties and traditional vinifera, and sourced from the fruit of their own vineyards and other vineyards on the islands.
